Company’s History

July 1976	Company’s Foundation
January 1977	Starts-up the production of Disk Check Valves and Steam Traps
January 1979	Starts-up the production of Pneumatic Control Valves “Industrial” series
March 1982	Starts-up the production of the first Compact Pneumatic Control Valves “Short” series
March 1983	The Chairman Mr. Costantino Lazzari die and the other founder of the company, Ing. Gianfausto Penzo become the new Chairman. Three departments are created to guarantee the development of the Company : Rag. Gianna Lazzari is appointed Administrative Director, Rag. Luciano Pojano Sales Manager and Mr.Roberto Lazzari is appointed Technical and Production Manager
April 1987	Conflow buy from O.M.V. the manufacturing licence of Pressure Reducing Valves and move the production to Agrate
October 1985	Starts on a long commercial collaboration with Spirax Sarco Group, they start to buy from our company the whole range of Pneumatic Valves for the distribution in the European Market
January 1986	Starts-up the production of the new Pneumatic Valves “ UNIFLOW ” series characterized by the multisprings actuator.
April 1993	The Export department is established to develop and guarantee the direct presence of the Company brand in Foreign markets
November 1996	The Company is certified according quality assurance system UNI EN ISO 9001
July 1999	Starts-up the production of the new Self Actuated Pressure Reducer RP10
January 2000	Starts-up the production of the new Pneumatic Valves “UNIWORLD” series, for which the company obtain a financing for technology innovation according to the Italian Law
November 2000	The Company buy a branch of industry who manufactures Heat Exchangers - Unfired steam Generators - Condensate Separators.
May 2002	The company certify the products according to the PED 97/23/CE Directive
November 2003	The Company obtain the Exclusive Distribution for Europe of POWER-GENEX products range, Pilot Positioners and Electro Pneumatic Converters
May 2004	The Company obtain the certification of Pneumatic Control Valves according to the ATEX Directive 94/9/CE
September 2005	Starts up the production of the new Pneumatic Valves “LOW NOISE” series
